Shenkir 12″&30cm Garment ruler #R1230-S

It is a 12″ & 30cm size garment ruler. And it is updated based on item#R1230. This ruler has been sandwich printed between two pieces of plastic so that the numbers do not rub off. A transparent ruler allows you to see your project under the ruler for accurate positioning and marking.
